- The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation
The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has made a decision to recognize the activities of a foreign non-governmental organization Demokrati -JA e.V. (Germany) as undesirable on the territory of Russia.
This organization was founded by Russian emigrants living in Germany with the aim of “forming a solidary civil society on the territory of Russia and developing democratic mechanisms”.
The members of the association are engaged in causing division in the Russian-speaking diaspora in Germany with the aim of stimulating activities in its environment that are directed against the interests of Russia. Mass anti-Russian public demonstrations are being held in Germany, materials are being distributed that discredit the domestic and foreign policies pursued by the leadership of the Russian Federation, the electoral system of the state, and the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the special military operation.
The members of the organization participate in the creation of a “totalitarian” image of Russia and the promotion of Anti-Russian sentiment abroad, demanding the introduction of a trade, gas and oil embargo against Russia, etc. At the same time, their activities are aimed at supporting the Kiev Nazi regime and calling on the international community to provide further military support to Ukraine.
The organization also contributes to the strengthening of separatist ideology and the incitement of interethnic hatred, the distortion of historical memory and the belittling of the heroism of the Soviet people in the Victory over Nazism during the Great Patriotic War.
Its partners are the German organizations Solidaras e.V. and Freies Russia Berlin, as well as the American Free Foundation Russia Foundation, whose activities were recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation as well.
