Today, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of the Republic of France are extraditing to Russia Shamil Feizullaev, a citizen of the Russian Federation. The investigation bodies accuse him of the crimes, defined in paragraphs Article 105 (2 "f', "i") (murder), article 118 (1) (the causing of grave harm to health through negligence), Article 222 (1) (illegal trafficking in firearms), Article 119 (threat of murder or of causing grave harm to health) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In March 2006 the international search for Feizullaev was announced.
In June 2009 Feizullaev was detained in the territory of the Republic of France, and in 2009 the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation forwarded a request to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of France for the extradition of Feizullaev in order to bring him to criminal liability, and this request was allowed in October 2009.

Extradition of Mr Shamil Feizullaev, a citizen of the Russian Federation, to Russia from France
