The competent authorities of the Kingdom of Norway have deported to Russia a citizen of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Datsik, accused of committing robbery

Today, upon the request of the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Norway have deported to Russia a citizen of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Datsik. By the investigation authorities he is accused of committing a crime foreseen by part 2 of article 162 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation (robbery, e.g. assault with the purpose of stealing of other people's property, committed with the threat of violence, dangerous for life and health, with the use of objects used as weapons).

 

The criminal case against Datsika is in the execution stage of the investigative board of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Nevsky district of the city of Saint Petersburg.

 

In October 2010 the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation forwarded to the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Norway a request about extradition of Datsik.

 

In March 2011 the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Norway accepted a decision about deportation of Datsik.

 

Today Vyacheslav Datsik is deported to Russia for bringing to criminal responsibility for the crime committed on the territory of the Russian Federation.
