Today, upon the request of the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Spain are extraditing a citizen of the Russian Federation Evgeniy Drobota. He is accused of committing crimes, foreseen in part 4 of article 159 (fraud in especially large scales), part 1 of article 303 (falsification of evidence in a civil case by the person involved in the case) of the criminal code of the Russian Federation.
Criminal case is in the production of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Orenburg region.
In the course of the investigation it is established that from October to December 2008, Drobot falsified employment agreements between him and two commercial organizations.
Subsequently, he submitted the mentioned contracts to the Orenburg district court with a claim to recover from the listed companies compensations in the amount of more than 4 million rubles, which supposedly were not paid to Drobot at the time of his dismissal.
By the decision of the court the claim was satisfied, after which Drobot presented the given decision to the Department of Federal Service of Investigative Persecution on the Orenburg area for excitation of executive case and recovery from the organizations of the above mentioned amounts of money.
Since Drobot hid himself from criminal prosecution, in September 2009 he was declared in the Federal search, and in December 2010 he was placed into the international wanted list. In May 2011 he was arrested on the territory of Spain. Then the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation forwarded to the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Spain a request for his extradition. In January 2012 the request for extradition of Drobota to Russia was satisfied by the authorities of Spain.
Today, accompanied by the employees of the FSIN (Federal Service of Execution of Punishment) of Russia and the Russian Bureau of Interpol, Eugeniy Droboya is extradited to Russia.
