Today, on the 8th of November 2013, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia a RF civilian Ilya Goryachev is extradited.
He is accused by investigation authorities in committing crimes as provided for by part 1 art.282.1 (forming an extremist community, i.e. organized group of people for preparation and commission of extremist crimes, and managing such kind of community), part 1 art.209 (forming a stable armed group (a gang) aimed for attacking civilians and managing such kind of a group (a gang), sub-item «а», «ж», «з», «л». part 2 art. 105 (murder, i.e. intended infliction of death of two or more people, committed by an organized group, associated with banditism, based on ideological and national hatred and enmity), part 3 art.222 (illegal purchase, imparting, keeping, transportation and carrying of fire-arm, its main parts, ammo and explosive devices, committed by an organized group) of the Criminal Code of the Russian federation.
As investigation suppose Goryachev is an organizer of an extremist community "Battle organization of Russian nationalists" (BORN), formed for attacking civilians and committing extremist crimes, including murders based on ideological and national hatred and enmity. Besides he illegally purchased, imparted, kept, transported and carried fire-arm, its main parts, and ammo and explosive devices.
Whereas Goryachev abscond during the investigation, in relation to him a restraint was chosen in the form of taking him into custody.
In April 2013 the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation gave orders for his adjudgement in international detection that resulted into his taking into custody on the territory of the Republic of Serbia in May 2013.
At the same time a request for his extradition to Russia was sent from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation for his prosecution that was granted in October 2013 by the Ministry of Justice and state administration of the Republic of Serbia.
Goryachev's interests in Serbia were represented by a huge group of Serbian and Russian lawyers, that were striving for the refusal of Russian request granting. According to their claim the initial decision of the Serbian Court in Goryachev's extradition was canceled on formal grounds. the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation presented additional materials to Serbian competent authorities that resulted in granting the request of Goryachev's extradition.
Today, accompanied by members of Federal Service for the Execution of Sanctions of the Russian Federation and members of International Police, Ilya Goryachev was extradited to Russia.

In concern of extradition to Russia from Serbia a RF civilian Ilya Goryachev, accused in commission of extremist crimes
